or question and there's no running history of the issue or documentation for our staff or you to refer to. Additionally, we can work on the issue immediately,
instead of having clients wait on the phone while we look into a problem. This is why we prefer online/helpdesk tickets over phone calls, but we certainly do offer phone support.
